In Afghanistan, a group of Korean tourists is taken hostage by an extremist Taliban group, prompting the Korean government to dispatch their skilled diplomat, Jae Ho, to handle the crisis. Despite his best efforts, Jae Ho fails to secure their release and is forced to team up with Dae Sik, a special agent specializing in the Middle East. As they pursue the Taliban, the situation grows increasingly dire with the death of the first hostage. With time running out, Jae Ho and Dae Sik form an unlikely alliance to save the remaining hostages.
