The third planning department of Gaofa Electronics Group was once a hub of innovation, responsible for developing the highly successful "Gaosi 3s" cross-generation model that propelled the company to industry leadership. However, after a decade of stagnation, the department has become obsolete, and its once-valued contributions still need to be considered. Despite this, the department is home to some of Gaosi's most talented and determined employees, including Li Tian Ran, who remains convinced that the department can reclaim its former glory. Alongside him are Fan Si Si, a young woman leading a double life, Bai Ma Shuai, a wealthy and hardworking employee, and Wu Zheng Xing, a resilient yet delicate team member. The team includes Cui Hua Lang, a partially retired boss, and director Yu, a rockstar director. Despite their challenges and setbacks, these ordinary employees are determined to revive the third planning department and reignite their career prospects.
